The <strong>Appraisal Form<\/strong> serves as a key tool to evaluate contributions, set future goals, and ensure alignment with institutional values and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our appraisal system promotes a culture of <strong>accountability, merit recognition, and continuous improvement<\/strong> across academic and administrative functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose of the Appraisal Form:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To evaluate faculty and staff performance based on academic, administrative, and extracurricular contributions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To recognize achievements in teaching, research, innovation, and institutional service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide constructive feedback for personal and professional development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To support promotions, incentives, training needs, and career progression plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To align individual goals with departmental and institutional missions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Components of the Appraisal Form:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personal &amp; Professional Details<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name, Designation, Department, Years of Service, Qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Academic Contributions<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subjects taught, results achieved, use of ICT tools, innovations in pedagogy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Research &amp; Publications<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Papers published, conferences attended, patents filed, funded projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student Engagement &amp; Mentoring<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in student development, counseling, club authority<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Guidelines:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Appraisal Form must be completed at the <strong>end of each academic year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the signed copy to the <strong>Head of Department<\/strong> or upload it via the <strong>ERP\/HR portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final review and scoring will be done by the <strong>Performance Review
