Our <strong>Maintenance Policy<\/strong> outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and standards for the upkeep of all physical and digital infrastructure on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy ensures that all academic, residential, administrative, and recreational facilities remain in optimal working condition and are regularly improved to meet evolving needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives of the Maintenance Policy:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To ensure uninterrupted academic operations by maintaining infrastructure and facilities efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To promote safety, hygiene, and sustainability across the campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To establish a transparent and accountable system for reporting and addressing maintenance issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prolong the life of institutional assets through regular upkeep and preventive maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of the Policy:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Academic Facilities:<\/strong><br>Classrooms, laboratories, libraries, seminar halls, smart boards, projectors, and furniture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Campus Infrastructure:<\/strong><br>Buildings, roads, water supply systems, electrical installations, fire safety systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IT &amp; Digital Systems:<\/strong><br>Computers, servers, Wi-Fi networks, LMS\/ERP platforms, and software tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hostels &amp; Residential Facilities:<\/strong><br>Rooms, dining areas, washrooms, power backup, and recreational spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Green &amp; Clean Campus:<\/strong><br>Landscaping, waste management, rainwater harvesting, and sanitation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maintenance Activities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Routine Maintenance:<\/strong><br>Daily and weekly upkeep of classrooms, restrooms, and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preventive Maintenance:<\/strong><br>Scheduled checks of machinery, lab equipment, electrical systems, and IT resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corrective Maintenance:<\/strong><br>Immediate action taken on reported breakdowns or damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC):<\/strong><br>For specialized services such as lifts, fire extinguishers, biometric systems, air conditioners, and lab instruments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maintenance Committee:<\/strong><br>Oversees implementation and audits of the maintenance schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Department Heads:<\/strong><br>Responsible for reporting issues in labs and classrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administrative Officer:<\/strong><br>Coordinates with vendors, staff, and service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Students &amp;
