The program encourages institutions of higher education to actively engage with rural communities, understand their problems, and contribute towards their development through sustainable solutions and knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>Horizon College<\/strong>, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the rural communities surrounding our institution.
