The Central Examination Committee (CEC) at Horizon College plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and transparency of the examination system across all engineering departments. The committee is entrusted with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal assessments, semester-end examinations, and evaluation procedures in alignment with university and regulatory guidelines.
Objectives of the Committee:

- To schedule and conduct internal and external examinations smoothly and efficiently.
- To implement strict protocols for question paper setting, invigilation, and answer script evaluation.
- To handle grievances and malpractices related to examinations with impartiality.
