Admission Undertaking
Declaration of Understanding and Compliance
At Horizon College of Engineering, we are committed to maintaining transparency and discipline in the admission process. - To acknowledge that the student agrees to abide by the academic, disciplinary, and administrative regulations of the college
- To ensure the student understands the fee structure, refund policy, attendance requirements, and evaluation criteria
- To prevent any form of malpractice, fraud, or misrepresentation during or after the admission process

- Any false information or misrepresentation may result in cancellation of admission without refund.
- The student will comply with all college rules, academic schedules, attendance norms, and examination guidelines.
- The student will maintain discipline and uphold the code of conduct both on and off campus.
- The student is aware of the college’s fee structure, refund policy, and other financial obligations.
- The student will not engage in ragging or any form of misconduct; violation will invite strict disciplinary action as per law.
- In case of withdrawal, the student will follow the proper procedure and timelines specified by the college.
