Right to Information (RTI)
At Horizon College, we believe that transparency and open communication form the foundation of trust and accountability. In alignment with the Right to Information Act, 2005, the college has established a structured mechanism to provide access to information related to the functioning of the institution.
The RTI Act empowers citizens to seek information from public authorities, promoting openness and good governance. As an affiliated and recognized institution under the purview of statutory bodies, Horizon College upholds the principles of this act with integrity and responsibility.
Objectives of the RTI Cell:
- To facilitate smooth dissemination of information to stakeholders as per the RTI Act.
- To ensure that requests for information are addressed in a timely and transparent manner.
- To uphold institutional accountability through public access to relevant data and documentation.

Stakeholders may request access to a variety of institutional data, including but not limited to:
Research and development initiatives
College policies and procedures
Admission guidelines and fee structures
Accreditation and affiliation status
Academic programs and syllabi
Financial statements and audits
Infrastructure and facilities
